One Thousand Gifts Women'sBible Study - This 5 week study continues each Saturday @ 10 AM at the home of Janet Jackson 2315 S A ST in Richmond.
Thursday evening Bible Study at 6:30 PM at Pastor Bill & Janet’s home 2315 S A ST. This is a casual time of fellowship and study. Currently studying Revelation.
Prayer Shawl Ministry is a vital ministry of CJCC where persons are given shawls during special times of need. If you would like to help make shawls or know of a need please contact Carol Kalsbeek.
The Naomi Small Group for widows (widowers also welcome) meets at 6:30 PM on the first and third Thursdays of each month for a light meal and social hour at the home of Yolanda Dreier 3491 Dorothy Lane in Richmond. On break for the summer.
Attention all youth in grades 6-12 –We meet each Sunday at the Jackson’s house (2315 South A Street) from 6:00 – 7:30PM. A meal & fellowship, Bible study, and game activity is our agenda for the evening. There will be no meeting this evening.
Children’s Ministry - Meets each Sunday following the worship music. Infant through Pre-K meet in the Pre-K room upstairs. Grades k-5 watch a 15 minute video together and then break into smaller groups (K-2 and 3-5) for activities to reinforce the video. Grades 6-12 will remain in the sanctuary to listen to the sermon.
Prayer is probably one of the greatest contributions we can make to advance the church of Christ Jesus. A small group meets to pray prior to our worship service each Sunday. Please join us for prayer at 9:50 AM in room 6.
